Ben is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Group and focuses on sourcing, acquisitions, due diligence, and property management. Ben is a licensed Realtor at Re/Max Results and has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame with $200+ million sold over the past 5 years. Ben owns the Legacy Realty Group which provides brokerage, development, investment and property management services with $70+ million under management. He is also an owner of Legacy Storage, which operates 850+ units across multiple facilities. Ben earned his B.S. and M.S. from Kansas State University. Ben lives in MN with his wife Mikaela and their dog, Ozzy.

Jonah is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Group and focuses on property underwriting and structuring. Jonah is an investment professional at a large U.S. endowment where he is on the senior leadership team focusing on investments in infrastructure, natural resources, real estate, and private equity. Jonah owns multifamily, self-storage, and triple net properties in multiple states. Jonah earned his B.A. from Colby College and is a CFA Charterholder. Jonah lives in MN with his wife Sandra and their two children.

Carley is an Operations Manager for Legacy Investment Group, where she focuses on investor relations, underwriting, property management, and financial reporting for our properties. Prior to joining the Legacy team, Carley was a top performer in medical sales with some of the largest health systems in the world and in her last full year sold $100M+. Carley is an entrepreneur and owns a successful home inspection business. Carley received her B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, with a minor in mathematics, physics and business administration, and she was on the women's soccer team. Carley lives in MN where she loves to play pickleball, travel, and be with friends.
